Still being safe and protecting my employees

The three of us are split up with 2 of us working from home and one in the warehouse. Having a small warehouse and office space of about 2200 sf and one critical employee, we are still not accepting returns or processing exchanges out of an abundance of caution (with mixed data regarding virus viability on surfaces, not to mention upon to 50% of cases being completely asymptomatic but transmittable with not much more than breathing). Just being honest – larger, more industrial warehouse and logistics systems are able to handle these things better than our small business operating with one guy in the warehouse and everyone else working from home.

All sales are final

Since 3/21/20 there has been a terms and conditions agreement box required to be checked on the checkout page that lists this policy in the first line which will remain. I do not feel comfortable accepting returns into our office and warehouse space for the foreseeable future. There are only 3 of us, and even when I bring back my 30 day guarantee and return policy (which I hope I can do!) we would never be able to catch up to several months of exchanges and still properly get out new orders

  1. Please click the sizing chart on each product page which lists exact dimensions of the product for you to compare after measuring items at home that fit you, and follow general sizing advice above the size chart.
  2. And when in further doubt, please read a lot of customer reviews for the product which often have great fit advice.

I'm operating with minimum staff and also, out of an abundance of caution, do not want to unnecessarily expose my staff or my warehouse to incoming risk. I'm in a difficult position with this policy, but safety comes first for all of us! So effective immediately we will not be processing returns or exchanges.

We are also only able to respond to very urgent support requests so that we have time to fulfill and send orders to continue operating. Non-urgent requests must necessarily be deleted out of our queue.

I hope to be able to bring back my 30-day return and exchange guarantee again soon as we know more about the situation and how it resolves.
