RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or just need a different size, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please read this entire page for more information and conditions regarding this policy, and how to return your item for a refund.

RETURNS (U.S. ONLY)

All returns must be sent using a customer support-provided RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) label and post-marked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

All general return items must be in new, unwashed, and unused resale condition. If there are stains, a detectable smell of detergent or other odors, or any other signs of wear we cannot issue a refund – nor send the item back to you.

Item manufacturing defects are covered for replacement for up to 30 days from receipt of the item, at our discretion and determination. Please include at least two photos of your item in natural light and a detailed description when submitting your helpdesk ticket at the link listed below, and we will get back to you with steps.

*Please note, we will provide you a shipping label once your return or exchange request has been approved but the cost of your shipping label will be deducted from your refund total. 

The price of the Priority Mail (trackable) shipping label is automatically calculated by USPS according to our discount rate and will vary depending on your location, and the weight of the items plus packaging that you are returning.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

During heavy periods (like after a large sale) or during staffing restrictions (for example due to COVID-19 county orders or illness) it may take an additional 1-2 weeks to process your return.  We must follow a strict and time-consuming sanitization process on all returned items.

You will receive an email as soon as your refund has been processed.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned under any condition:

  • Face Masks
  • Jockstraps & Undergear (e.g. Package Boosters)
  • Self-Care, Fragrances & Body Products
  • Caps & Embroidered Hats (these are each custom made to order)
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

For defective or damaged products, please message our support team here and provide photos in your ticket request so that we can assist you with resolution.

EXCHANGES

We are a small business, with a small warehouse, and as such have somewhat transient inventory of existing products. We also change colors and styles quite frequently. Because of these factors we do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the item you want will be in stock and instead we offer only returns/refunds. If you are wanting a different size or color than what you purchased, we recommend ordering it while in stock and then sending us your return for refund of the original item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We are currently offering returns for U.S. orders only (however, we do guaranty delivery of your order). Too many international packages are getting severely delayed or lost at the moment due to COVID-19, and tracking and/or replacing them is costing us a lot of time and money for a small business.

HOWEVER you may send items back to us for refund AT YOUR OWN RISK and expense – we would highly encourage using DHL, as it is the only reliable and (somewhat) cost-effective shipping option that we currently offer for outbound international customers (they do not give us the ability to send RMAs).

Please also be advised that due to international shipping delays, if your return is delayed for long periods it may not reach us in the same condition that you send it :/
