Still being safe and protecting my employees
The four of us are split up with 3 working from home and one in the warehouse. Having a small warehouse and office space of about 2200 sf and one critical employee, we are still not accepting returns or processing exchanges out of an abundance of caution (with mixed data regarding virus viability on surfaces, not to mention upon to 50% of cases being completely asymptomatic but transmittable with not much more than breathing). Just being honest – larger, more industrial warehouse and logistics systems are able to handle these things better than our small business operating at an even leaner capacity.
You are advised to hold & keep items in “new condition” that do not fit
Since 3/21/20 there has been a terms and conditions agreement box required to be checked on the checkout page that lists this policy in the first line which will remain. However, you are advised to keep any item that doesn't fit in brand new unworn condition, as it's my intention to re-evaluate the situation when California shelter and business recommendations change; when I will decide if or when it's safe to resume returns/exchanges, and if (but likely how far back) I feel is safe to apply an exception to past orders, also with confidence that my staff can catch up in a reasonable amount of time since this is a time-consuming process.
