As a general rule, through extensive testing our clothing fits as expected as from mainstream brands, and is not under-sized like many lifestyle brands (translation: don't order a size up if you've been disappointed by the tight fit brands) – order accordingly with confidence and with the fit advice and customer reviews for each product!

Warranty & Return Policy

I. 30 Day Manufacturing Defect Warrantee (All Items): We will replace, free of charge, any item sold through our store due to manufacturing defects on our part within 30 days of your purchase. Simply click here to send us a request on this page, include at least two clear photos of the defect, and we'll take it from there.  Please note that if the item is damaged in any way after your purchase (such as from wear or from your washer/dryer) it is not covered under this warrantee.

II. 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Shorts & Mesh Tank Tops): We will provide you a refund for the item price paid at time of sale, or exchange for another color or size on like model, for any of our shorts or WOOF Weightless Tank Tops within 30 days of your order date provided all of the following conditions are met:

1. They are shipped back to us via a delivery service with a tracking number at your expense, with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. We suggest using a USPS Priority Mail “flat rate envelope” for a reliable and cost-effective delivery.  They must be received in brand new and “re-sellable condition” in their original product packaging to:

If you send via any method that does not have a tracking number, there will be no exceptions made if we do not receive your exchange.

2. Include the original packing slip with your order details, and indicate your desired replacement or refund request. We will cover the shipping cost of exchanges or replacements sent back to you.

3. IMPORTANT: Note that if the item(s) received are not in brand new condition, show signs of being worn or washed, or are sent back with undergear, we are unable to send the item(s) back to you or issue your refund or replacement (no exceptions, although we haven't encountered this issue yet!).

4. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for us to process your refund or exchange request.

II. Printed Items: We cannot at this time provide exchanges or refunds for printed items (that are free of defects), which includes all tops (tees, tanks, sweatshirts, etc.) as well as hats and other accessories. This is due to the fact that each item is custom made after your order, and shipped to you from one of two of our affiliated fulfillment centers, so that as a small shop we can offer a multitude of size & color options without carrying this type of inventory. Extensive measurements are described for most items, please ensure that you are ordering the correct size and follow the care instructions described for each item.  Over 99.8% of our customers have been satisfied with the fit of these items, as we've done extensive testing with over a dozen manufacturers to choose a few that are of the highest quality and fit true to size.

IV. Undergarments/Undergear: In order to ensure the cleanliness of our facilities and the safety of all of our customers, as well as our staff, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of undergarments/undergear (e.g. Freeball Jocks, Freeball Package Boosters).  They are still, however, covered under our 30 Day Manufacturing Defect Warrantee.
