Our Best Guidance On Size Selection
All dimensions in the tables below are given in inches. In deciding which size is for you we recommend that you pull out your "go-to" similar garments, and lay them flat on your bed to measure them against the chart below and see what matches up!
Sort of in-between waist sizes? If you sometimes or always have issues like a lot of us with "muffin-topping", meaning more than average body fat around your mid-section, we recommend going with the larger size to prevent this from occurring with these shorts. If not and/or you DGAF showing off (like most of us here) then go a size down man!
Right in the range below? Go ahead and get that size for a regular fit in cotton shorts, go down a size in nylon shorts to show off that junk in the trunk and equipment in the hood!
Important Garment Care Advice
Our premium Cotton-Spandex Stretch Twill Chino and Cotton-Spandex French Terry material will eventually shrink about 0.5" to 1" in all dimensions below if you dry them in the dryer. If they end up a little too loose and you wanna you can always shrink them in the dryer a few times ;) We strongly recommend cold wash only on "delicate" setting and air drying them, hung or laid flat (prevent most wrinkles by hand smoothing at this stage), followed by a cool iron if necessary. Our exclusive Nylon-Spandex materials do not shrink. Their antimicrobial properties enable you to wash them less often - but when you do, we still recommend cold wash and air drying them, hung or laid flat (prevent most wrinkles by hand smoothing at this stage), followed by a cool iron if necessary. 2nd Pair I Ordered. Silver color as expected and is identical to the gray Shining Armor mesh tank. These are very comfortable and the fit around the crotch/rear end is close without a lot of extra material.

As a Muay Thai practitioner and overall 5″ inseam shorts fan, I’m genuinely impressed. These are some of the most breathable shorts I have without being too baggy or restrictive.
As Muay Thai utilizes a lot of kick and knee techniques, I’ve found these to flow perfect. My other gym shorts tend to be too movement restrictive when I used them for sparring.
Best of all they look great and don’t feeling cheap. They’re not too baggy and even when I’m not exercising in them they look great paired with a tee for a casual day. Please restock soon so I can grab more colours!

The best shorts i have ever use. Very confortable, super soft, easy dry, they dont hold bad odors and the size runs exactly as a measuring board, i am a 36 and i got the large, and they fit great, i just need to male the tie so my phone dont make them go down if i jump. I will need a few more!
